Today we will learn how to make Palm Fruit Juice Recipe /Tal sans Recipe. The juice pulp inside the palm fruit is called tal sans inBengali, which is very refreshing, but available only for very few days. Todaywe will prepare the refreshing drink from the tal sans.
Take a palm, and with the help of a knife, cut the sides andupper portion and take out the tal sans( juicy pulps) with thin layer. Act( actuallyuallythese are the seeds, and there are three seeds in) a fruit. Now you can keepthese in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Now take a glass; slightly cut all the tal sans and pour thesweet water inside it the glass, and keep them aside
Now remove the thin layer of the tal sans
Put them in a blender jar and add water
Now add sugar
And make a smooth paste of the tal sans
Now take a glass and rub its rim with the lemon slice
Coat the rim with the salt and red chili mixture
Now add the lemon slices and mint leaves in the glass
Muddle them
Now slowly strain and add the sweet water, which we got fromtal sans
Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices and serve chilled
