Wash properly the mutton chunks with sufficient water.
Take a mixing bowl; add yogurt and other spices with salt.
Mix it properly, cover it and let it rest for at least twohours to marinate.

Allow it to cook for 20-25 minutes in a low-medium flame.
Open the lid, check the mutton chunks are boiled properly ornot, check salt and the consistency of the gravy.
If everything is alright throw some coriander leaves and coverit for another 2 minutes.Take it out from the oven and serve it.
