MakeCumin- Coriander -Chili Powder at Home because these are the three spices areessential for most of the Indian dishes. Moreover the roasted powder is havinga special flavor which you are not going to get from the market. And secondthing, you have to agree that it is pure, no other impurity is added withthese, and also it will be slight cheaper than readymade spices
TakeĀ cumin and washit properly, stain the water and keep it in a big plate, and spread it all overthe plate .and allow it to dry under sun for two to three hours, Then Take awok, heat it and put the cumin to roast for three to four minutes in alow-medium flame.
Take it out from the flame and transfer it to a plate andallow it to cool in a room temperature, then transfer it to a blender.
Same way take coriander, sundry and put it in the same heatedwok for three to four minutes.
Transfer it to the plate and allow it to cool in roomtemperature, and same way grind it to a powder.
Same way you can prepare the chili flakes, and store it forfuture use.

It is advisable in the rainy season these pieces should be stored in a refrigerator to avoid moisture, which may ruin your spices.
