Wash and fry the potatoes with skinin a wok/Kadai till the skin becomes crispy

Add the drumsticks, and stir themwell with the spices for two minutes.

Add potatoes and two cups of water;cover it and allow it to cook for 5 minutes to boil the potatoes anddrumsticks.
After 5 minutes open the lid andslowly drop the koi fish; again cover the lid for two minutes.Take it off from the oven and serveit hot with rice.
