In second version we will makeit in a triangular shape

Again fold it 2

Now with the help of rollingpin flatten it to make a big triangle, and put it in the hot tawa.
And the same way apply ghee in both side and make the triangular shaped paratha.
See how the paratha becomesoft and fillings are available in all the sides.
Now the 3

Add ½ cup wheat flour in the potato-onionmixture, and add 1 cup of water in it, and make a batter like dosa batter.
Heat a griddle/tawa, andgrease it with ghee with the help of a kitchen brush
Pour 1/4 cup of batter, andspread it all aroud the tawa and make a circle.
Turn it over to the otherside, and fry both the sides.
Once over, then take it outfrom the tawa, and serve hot with curd or raita.
