3/4tbsp eachTurmeric,red chili, cumin and coriander powder
4green chilli
1/4tbspgaram masaal

1cupyogurt
1tbsplemon juice
1tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1tbsp turmeric powder

2bay leaves
1tbspcumin seeds
1cinamom stick
Instructions
Wash chicken pieces and add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl for marinating. Mix well and keep it aside for at least 2 hours.
Peel the potatoes and cut into halves, wash and keep aside.
Mix some turmeric powder with boiled eggs, keep aside.
Heat oil in a hard bottomed pan/kadai, add boiledeggs and fry until golden in color. Remove and keep aside.
In the same oil add the potatoes, fry them untilgolden, remove and keep aside.
In the remaining oil add bay leaves, cumin seedsand cinnamon for tempering.
Add onion; fry it until light brown;
Now add the marinated chicken and cook for 2-3minutes then add turmeric, cumin, and coriander, salt and red chili powder and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
Add fried potatoes, mix them well then add water and cover it to boil for 10 minutes.
Uncover the lid and gently placed the eggs and cook for another 2 minutes.
Take it out from the oven, sprinkle a pinch of garam masala over it.
