Today I will share Chingri Diye Kochur Loti / Taro Stolonwith Prawns
whichis one of the most famous Bengali delicacies.It’s very simple and takes very little time to cook; here I added some newflavors to it by adding mustard- coconut paste.

Coconut (cut into pieces) 1/4thof a medium sized coconut

Instructions
Clean and Wash the Kochur loti and put them in a pressurecooker
Add water and close the lid, and go for two whistles
Open the lid after releasing the pressure and keep themaside
Now take a blender jar and the mustard seeds
Add ginger and coconut
Add green chili
Make a fine paste and keep them aside
Take a frying pan and add oil to heat
Throw some cumin seeds to temper
When they splutter then add the chopped onion and sauté themtill they become soft and translucent
Addginger-garlic paste and stir them for a minute
Nowadd turmeric and red chili powder
Addsalt to taste and stir them for a minute
Nowadd the mustard paste
Addthe washesdw ater also and mix them nicely
Nowadd the boiled Kochur loti
Mashthem nicely
Addthe fried prawns and mix them well
Nowtransfer them in a serving bowl and serve with hot piping rice and dal.
