soy sauce

tbsp
red chili sauce

coriander leaves(chopped)
Instructions
Clean and wash the prawns; then add salt and turmeric powderand rub them well
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan/tawa, let it come to the smoky point(otherwise it will stick with the pan/tawa)
Slowly place all the prawns in the tawa and fry them
Fry them till they become light brown in color, them takethem out from the heat and keep them aside
Now keep ready all the ingredients to fry the rice
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok
Add chopped garlic and toss it
Then add the chopped carrot, beans and capsicum and stirthem for a minute
Add salt and mix them
Now add one egg and fry it with the veggies
After frying the egg add the prawns and toss them fast
Now add the ric and mix them well
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce and vinegar
Toss them fast in high flame
Immediate transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot
