For batter

Forfrying the paneer

paneer(cut in medium cubes)

For Chili paneer gravy

chopped ginger

chopped green chili

tomato sauce

Corn flour(dissolve in 3 tbsp water)

Instructions
Take a mixing bowl and add corn flour and all purpose flour
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, soy sauce and peppercorn powderand mix them.
Make a thick batter by adding little water, and then add the paneercubes, and coat them nicely
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till the color changes to lightbrown
Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chili, sauté them for 20 second
Then add the onions and stir them for a minute
Add the bell peppers and stir them for a minute in high flame
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce and tomato sauce and toss them fast or keep on stirring in this stage
Now add the vinegar, sugar and salt and stir them
Add the fried paneer and mix them well
Add the corn flour water and mix them nicely
Add chopped spring onion
Transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot with fried rice or paratha or roti
