Instructions
Take a blender jar and add tomato, cashew nuts, garlic
Then add ginger, red chili powder, cumin powder andcoriander powder
Make a smooth paste
Now take a mixing bowl and add the paneer cubes, addturmeric powder and cumin powder and mix them well
Take a frying pan and add ½ tbsp butter, and let it melt
Sauté the paneer cubes for 2 minutes
Now add rest of the butter with little oil to avoid the burning
Add grated garlic and sauté for 15 seconds
Add the whole spices with bay leaf and stir them for a minute
Now add the chopped onions and stir them till they become translucent
Add turmeric powder, cumin and Kashmiri mirch powder
Stir them till the raw smell of the spices goes off
Now add the tomato paste
Stir them continuously till the butter leaves the gravy
Now add 1 cup of water and add salt
Allow it to cook for two minutes in medium flame
Now add the fried paneer cubes and mix them well
Add garam masala
Now add fresh cream and garnish with chopped corianderleaves
