Instructions
Cut the chicken pieces as per your choice
Now take a blender jar and add the coconut chunks into thejar
Add half cup of curd and 4 red chili
Now blend them and make a smooth paste. And pour half of thepaste in a mixing bowl
Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri mirch, cumin and corianderpowder, salt and garam masala in that mixing bowl
Now mix well all the ingredients, then add the chickenchunks and rub them well with the spices paste and keep it for marinating for 2hours
Heat a frying pan and add bay leaf, cardamom, peppercorn andcinnamon, dry roast them for a minute
Now add the left over coconut and curd paste, and stir themfor a minute
Add the chopped onions and mix them
Now add ginger and garlic paste, and stir them for 3-4minutes or till the raw smell of the spices go off
Add the chicken chunks and stir them for 4-5 minutes in highflame
Now cover the lid and allow them to cook for 5-6 minutes inlow flame
Open the cover and you can see, how nicely the chicken iscooked and also the fat of curd and coconuts floating on the top
Now stir for 2 minutes to mix them well
Turn off the flame now
Transfer the chicken into a serving plate, add choppedcoriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti
