How to Make Egg Dumpling
Chinese Eggdumpling with chicken keema is a super tasty evening snack, which goes wellwith spicy momo sauce. They are made by small omelet wrapping keema(mutton, pork, or chicken) filling with onion and other spices.

Instructions
Take 100 gm of fresh chicken, andmince it with the help of a sharp knife
Heat oil in a concave griddle/Tawa, and add the chicken mince, chopped onions, and chopped green chilies.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sautéthem
Now add the spices; turmeric powder,salt, red chili powder, and cumin powder and sauté them on high flame for 3-4minutes.
Now the filling is cooked
Transfer them to a plate and keep aside
In a big mixing bowl take corn flour
Add 2 eggs
Add ½ tbsp salt
Whisk them well
Now add little milk to make the required consistency and mix them well
Now grease oil in a griddle
Pour a small portion of batter intothe griddle in low heat
Place a small portion of keema mixed/mince in the center of the omelet
And fold it, with the help of a chopstick
Fry it on both the sides
Same way make all the dumplings
Transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot with momo sauce
