Today I will share step by step How to Make Vegetable Pulao,which is very basic. If you can become master to make this recipe you canprepare any type of rice pulao and Biriyani. In India maximum people eat rice,in different ways. Pulao is a common recipe of rice which is made almost allthe states in India, but the spices and herbs are different, as per theirchoices. Pulao is nothing but a aromatic long grain rice cooked with differentvegetables and spices with ghee.
Nowadd 2 cups of water (the quantity of water is exactly double the quantity ofrice we have taken)
Add the soaked rice
and mix it slowly with the other ingredients.
Now cover the lid and allow them to cook for 10-12 minutes (as per the variation of rice, time varies)
Open the cover and check the rice is boiled properly and the water is dried totally or not. If the water is not completely dried then again cover the lid for 5-6minutes.
Now everything is all right then turns off the flame and transfer them to a servingplate and serve hot with raita or mutton kosha /chicken kosha.
