Take a big vessel and add 1-literwater, allow it to boil, when bubbles start coming then add the noodles andallow them to boil for 3-4 minutes.
Now take them out from the flame and strain them with a strainer and pour cold water over them and put 1 tbsp oil so that they will not stick with each other.
Mix the oil evenly
Now spread them on a big flat plate/tray
Heat oil in a wok, Add grated garlic, and sauté them
Add sliced onion and stir them for a minute
Now add carrot, capsicum, cabbage,green chilies, and beans, and keep on stirring/tossing them for 2 minutes in high flame
Add vinegar, peppercorn powder, and salt and mix/toss them
Now add the boiled noodles and toss them very fast.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and paprika sauce and mix them with the help of a ladle
Now turn off the flame, and transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot.
