Dheki Shak Fiddlehead Ferns (200 gm)

Coconut (75 gm)

Cooking oil

turmeric powder

panchphoron

green chili

Instructions
Clean and wash thoroughly the Dheki shak, andcut into small sizes
Take 4-5 pieces of coconut and put them in ablender jar; add little water and make a fine paste
Heat oil in pan, add chopped green chili,panchphoron and garlic for tempering
As they splutter and sizzle add the Dheki shak
Add salt and turmeric powder
Cover the lid, and allow them to cook ontheir own water for 2 minutes in low flame
Open the lid, and stir them for a minute inhigh flame
Add the coconut paste, and mix them well
Sauté them for a minute
Transfer them to a serving bowl, and servehot with hot piping rice.
