How To Make Mirchi Bada

Instructions
Boil the potatoes and peel themand mash them
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and addsome cumin seeds to temper
Then add the chopped onions andsauté them for a minute
Now add the boiled potatoes andmix them nicely
Add salt and chopped corianderpowder and mix well
Now add the spices .i.e. turmericpowder, red chili powder, roasted cumin-coriander powder, chat masala andamchur powder/dry mango powder
Mix them nicely and take them outfrom the flame
In a mixing add 2 cups of gramflour/ besan
Add pinch of baking soda andajwain
By adding water, make a tightbatter
Now wash the big green chilies,and slit them one side for stuffing
Take out the seeds and stuff allthe chilies
Now heat oil in a kadai
And Dip the stuffed chili in thebatter
Coat them very well with thebatter
Place them in medium hot oil gently in 2-3 stages (don’t try to accommodate more at a time)
Fry them well, in all the sides
Once done take them out from the oiland keep them in Kitchen paper
Serve hot
