Masoor dal/Red lentils

Instructions
Wash red lentils/Masoor dal and put it in a pan, andallow it to boil (it will take 8-10 minutes) in medium flame
Heat oil in a pan,and add panchphoron, red chili and garlic for tempering
As they sizzle andsplutter add the chopped onion, and sauté them until they become translucent
Now add the turmericpowder
Add the susni shak, cover the lid and allow them to cook for two minutes on low flame
Open the lid and stirthem for a minute
Add the boiled Masoor dal,and mix them well with the shak
Cook them for 2minutes on high flame
Transfer them to aserving plate and serve hot with hot piping rice
