Wash the seeds and put them in a pressure cooker, add water, and go for 1 whistle

Meanwhile, cut the data (katwa data) into 1-inch size

Cut the taro/kochu in lengthwise; wash both of them thoroughly

  • 10 Jackfruit seeds
  • 2 Kochu/Taro
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp  turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin- coriander powder
  • 1 whole red chili
  • 2 tbsp Roasted coconut-red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Wash the seeds and put them in pressure cooker, add waterand go for 1 whistle

  • Now add the boiled jackfruit seeds (after taking out theskin), and mix them well
  • Add sugar, followed by roasted coconut-red chili powder, andmix them well
  • Add 2 cups of water, and allow them to cook for 5 minutes,in medium flame
