Lemongrass tea is having so many health benefits; as Medical News Today says it can Relieve anxiety, Lowering cholesterol, Prevent infection, Relieve bloating, etc. So we should replace the normal tea with lemon grass tea.

Equipment used
- Saucepan
- Teacups
- Tea strainer
Ingredients
- Lemon grass leaves-2
- Ginger-1/4 inch
- Cardamom-1
- Honey-1 tbsp
- Water-3 cups
How to Make Healthy and Flavourful Lemongrass Tea
Take two lemongrass leaves

Cut them into two parts, one part is the stem and the other one is the green leaves (make a knot)

Now crush them with the help of a hard pestle


Crush ginger and cardamom also

Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan, and add crushed lemon grass, ginger, and cardamom

Let it boil and reduce it to two thirds


Now strain the tea in a glass

Take two cups and add honey

Now pour the lemon grass tea into both the cups

Serve immediately hot tea
