Though chaas is a ubiquitous summer drink, all the states are more or less taking this drink, it can be seen mostly in Gujarat, Rajasthan, UP, and Mp; people are taking chaas with roti (bajre ki roti) on daily basis. Today I will share how to make Masala Chaas Recipe/Spicy Buttermilk, which is very easy to make with simple ingredients.

Equipment used

  • Blender
  • Glasses

Ingredients

  • Fresh curd-1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves-10-12
  • Coriander leaves-10-12
  • Green chili-1
  • Ice cubes-5-6
  • Pepper-1/4 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tbsp
  • Black salt-1/4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Masala Chaas Recipe/Spicy Buttermilk

Take a blender jar and add fresh curd

Add coriander and mint leaves

Add ice cubes

Add green chili

Then add pepper

Now add 150 ml water

And blend them

Take a long glass and pour the chaas
