Beetroot juice helps to lower blood sugar levels, increase exercise stamina, helps to maintain a healthy weight, may prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol levels,s and also supports your liver. Equipment needed

  • Juice/blender
  • Glasses
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Strainer

Ingredients

  • Fresh orange-4
  • Beetroot-2
  • Apple ½
  • Carrot-1
  • Ginger-1/2 inch
  • Lemon-1
  • Sugar and salt (optional)
  • Water -2 cups

  • Take 4 oranges and peel them

  • Put them in a blender jar and cover the lid and blend them nicely

  • Now place a strainer over a mixing bowl

  • And put a clean muslin clothe over the strainer and strain the orange juice

  • Now squeeze the muslin clothe and take out the juices

  • Now your fresh orange juice is ready

  • Transfer it to a serving glass and serve it

  • Now peel the beetroots, ginger, apple, and carrot

  • Cut them and make medium pieces and put them in a blender, add water and blend them well

And the same way place a strainer over a mixing bowl and put clean muslin clothe over the strainer and strain the orange juice
