How to Make Ilish Mach Bhapa/ Steamed Hilsa

The cleaned raw Hilsa fish chunks are coated with a thick paste made with coconut, ginger, mustard, and mustard oil and then steamed for 12-15 minutes on a low flame; This is How to Make Bhapa Ilish/Ilish Mach Bhapa/ Steamed Hilsa.
