Ingredients of uchhe chhorchori recipe

  • Drumstick-06 bigger and thicker size(cut into 1.5 inch )
  • Potatoes –two big (sliced)
  • Bitter gourd-4 medium size (sliced)
  • Oil -02 tspoon
  • panch phoron-1/2 t spoon  (It comprises mouri (fennel seeds), methi (fenugreek seeds), kaalo jeere (black cumin  seeds), zeera(cumin seeds), and a typically Bengali spice, called radhuni)
  • Mustard -03 tspoon
  • Turmeric powder ½ tspoon
  • Poppy seeds –o2 tspoon
  • Green chili-01
  • Red chili-01
  • Ginger -01 tspoon paste
  • Salt to taste
