Ingredients
- Ghee half cup
- Atta(wheat flour) one cup
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- Almond-05 to 06(grated)
- Sugar half cup
How to make delicious atta barfi
- Take a hard-bottomed pan and add an atta.
- Roast the atta with ghee in a low flame for 5 minutes or till the color of atta turns light brown (and also starts coming of smell of roasted atta).
- Add cardamom powder & sugar and stir well continuously.
- Now you can transfer the mixture in a square plate and allow it to set for 10 to 15 minutes or come down to cool at room temperature.
- Now you can sprinkle some dry fruits and coconut on it. Cut it in cube or square and serve.
Conclusion: You can add jaggery instead of sugar to make more healthy and tasty.
