How to make easy sim-er bichir torkari

How to make easy sim-er bichir torkari, Indian flat beans seed curry, with potatoes. The flat bean seeds (in Bengali it’s called simer bichi) are boiled and then simmered in a thick gravy made with tomatoes, onions, and ginger and sometimes added with potatoes finished in a warm, spicy, cumin laced sauce.
