In layer you can use oil, but it is better to use ghee or butter, which gives your paratha a rich flavor.

All-purpose flour/Wheat flour-250 gm
Water
Melted butter/ghee/oil
Salt

Take 250 gm flour, 1 tbsp oil or ghee, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Mix well, add water in stages, knead to a smooth dough, and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Make it (dough) a cylindrical shape by rolling

Now sprinkle some flour over the rolling board and take a dough/disk

And make a 5-6 inch diameter circle/roti shape with the help of a rolling pin
