Kalojire- Lonka pora Diye Ilish Mach / Kalojire- Lonka pora Diye Ilish Mach er recipe with crushed lonka pora (roasted green chili) and kalojire(nigella seeds) produces a very light curry, which is permeated with flavors of kaalo jeere, and strong-flavored mustard oil. The watery-thin gravy contains lots of flavors; nigella seeds relinquish a nutty and earthy flavor and the sharpness from the burnt green chilies, with lightly fried ilish/Hilsa make the dish quintessential.
