
Prawn Fried Rice with Leftover Rice / Prawn fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- Prawn (small)- 100 gm
- Egg-1
- Boiled rice-2 cups
- Carrot (chopped)-1/2 cup
- Capsicum (chopped)–1/4 cup
- Beans (chopped)–1/2 cup
- Ginger (chopped)—1 tbsp
- Garlic (chopped)-1 tbsp
- Soy sauce-1 tbsp
- Chili sauce-1 tbsp
- Vinegar-1 tbsp
- Oil-3 tbsp
- Salt
- Coriander leaves (chopped)-2 tbsp
Preparation of Prawn Fried Rice with Leftover Rice / Prawn fried Rice Recipe
- Clean and wash the prawns; then add salt and turmeric powder and rub them well

- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan/tawa, and let it come to a smoky point (otherwise it will stick with the pan/tawa)

- Slowly place all the prawns in the tawa and fry them

- Fry them till they become light brown in color, them take them out from the heat and keep them aside

- Now keep ready all the ingredients to fry the rice

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok

- Add chopped garlic and toss it

- Then add the chopped carrot, beans and capsicum and stir them for a minute

- Add salt and mix them

- Now add one egg and fry it with the veggies


- After frying the egg add the prawns and toss them fast

- Now add the rice

- Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and vinegar


- Toss them fast in high flame

- Immediate transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot
