The procedure of Chuno Macher Jhuri Recipe / Small fish fry
Clean and wash well the fish as small fish is having more dirt

Now add turmeric powder and salt

And rub the fish well

Heat oil in a griddle/tawa, and let it come to a smoky point (make it seasoned, otherwise it will be very difficult to fry the small fish. All will become mash and stick to the pan)

Slowly place the small fish in the tawa and make the flame medium

Allow the fish to fry for 2 minutes on its own

After 2-3 minutes, start tossing them frequently, no need to fry them more or to make them crispy. Once fried, they take them out from the flame and keep them aside.

Now Heat oil in a frying pan, and then add curry leaves

Add chopped onions and green chili and sauté them for 2 minutes

Once they become soft then add the fine-cut potato and fry them for 2-3 minutes

Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt and stir them till the raw smell of the spices goes off

Add the fried fish and mix them in well and turn the flame high and toss them for 2 minutes, then turn off the flame

Now transfer them to a serving plate, spread some coriander leaves, and serve hot
