Ingredients

  • Prawn-100gm (small-medium size)
  • Kharkol leaves-2 bundle (approx-250 gm)
  • Green chili-01 silted
  • Ginger(1/2 inch) and garlic(4 cloves)
  • Mustard Oil -4 table spoon (including for prawn fry)
  • Turmeric powder-1 tspoon
  • Salt to taste

  • First wash the prawns, rub with salt and turmeric powder, and keep aside
  • Now wash the leaves and cut it in small size.
  • Take a grinder; add garlic, ginger, green chili and the kharkol leaves to a smooth paste.how to make ghatkul/kharkol pata diye chingri
  • Take a pan, heat oil and fry the prawns.
