How to make mango Cake/Aam cake

Today we will learn step by step, How to make Mango Cake, easily with less effort. This is the peak season of mango, and this is a favorite fruit of maximum Indians. So why not make a cake, with this great fruit? Here I used one mango or 150gm mango pulp with all-purpose flour and two eggs.
Equipment used
- Cake mold
- Mixing bowl
- big vessel or a 5-liter pressure cooker
- hand blender
Ingredients
- All purpose flour-1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Mango pulp-150gm
- Eggs-2
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Baking powder-1 tsp
- Oil-2 tbsp
How to make mango Cake/Aam cake
Take out the pulp from one mango and put it into a blender jar.

Add half a cup sugar to it

Then add ½ cup milk (boiled earlier and now it is at room temperature)

Make a smooth paste of mango and ensure the sugar dissolves completely.

Now take a mixing bowl, break two eggs, and put them in the bowl

If you have a hand blender, then blend it and make the eggs fluffy( you can use a manual whisker in place of a hand blender)

Now add the mango-sugar paste to the bowl

And again use a blender and whisk them

Now add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, which is already strained.

Add I tsp baking powder.

Now with the help of a manual whisker, mix the batter well but do not over mix them.

Add two tbsp oil and mix them slowly, make sure that there should not be any lumps.

Now take a cake mold, and grease it with oil with the help of a kitchen brush.

Now sprinkle flour over the greasy part of the mold and take out the extra flour.

Pour the batter into the cake mold.

Place a stand inside a pressure cooker

Now carefully place the mold over the stand inside the pre-heated cooker and close the lid without whistle for 45 minutes.

Insert any stick and check if the cake has been baked completely or not.
