
Baby Shrimp Pakora Recipe / Baby Shrimp Fritters
Today I will share how to make Baby Shrimp Pakora Recipe / Baby Shrimp fritters, with the help of Boiled potato and corn flour which is quite a new variation of pakora. You can serve this pakora recipe with schezwan sauce, mint, or coriander chutney.

Equipment used
- Mixing bowl
- Blender
- Skimmer spatula
- Frying pan
Ingredients
- Baby shrimp-150 gm
- Ginger-1/2 inch
- Green chili-1
- Coriander leaves- 2 spring
- Boiled potato-2
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Rice flour-1 tbsp
- Baking soda-1/4 tbsp
- Oregano-1/4 tbsp
- Lemon-1/2
- Oil-1 cup /sufficient to dip the fritters
How to make Baby Shrimp Pakora Recipe / Baby Shrimp Fritters
Clean and wash the baby shrimp and put them in a bowl

Add green chili, ginger, and coriander leaves


Put them in a blender jar and make a smooth paste

Add two boiled potato

Then add rice flour, corn flour, and baking soda

Now add oregano

Add lemon juice and mix them well to make a fine batter


Now take 2-3 drops of oil in your hand and rub it, so that it will be easy to hold the batter

Heat oil in a pan, and take a small portion of the batter and slowly put them one by one in the hot oil

Fry them well on both the sides

Once fried well, then take them out from the oil

Serve hot with schezwan sauce, mint or coriander chutney
