
Chicken Salami Masala / Spicy Chicken Salami curry

If you have Chicken Salami in your refrigerator then you can easily make Chicken Salami Masala / Spicy Chicken Salami curry. Chicken Salami is pre-cooked boneless chicken meat, so doesn’t require any extra preparation. Normally salami is used in sandwiches; today I will share how to make Chicken Salami Masala / Spicy Chicken Salami curry by adding whole baby potatoes.

- Chicken Salami-250 gm
- Onions-2 (chopped)
- Baby Potatoes-5
- Tomatoes (chopped)-2
- Bay leaf-2
- Cardamom-1
- Cinnamon-1/2 inch
- Ginger paste-1 tbsp
- Garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Oil-3 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tbsp
- Cumin-coriander powder-1 tbsp
- Red chili powder-1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala-1/4 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
How to make Chicken Salami Masala / Spicy Chicken Salami curry
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chicken salami on both sides well

When they turn light brown in color, and then take them out of the oil

Now add bay leaf, cardamom, and cinnamon to the same oil

Add chopped onions and baby potatoes and sauté them for a minute

Now add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté them till the raw smell goes off and the onions become translucent


Add the spices i.e. cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder, and sauté them till the raw smell of the spices goes off


Add the chopped tomato and then add salt

Now add 2 cups of water and mix them well

Add the fried salami, mix them nicely and cover the lid and allow them to cook for 6-8 minutes on low flame.


Open the cover, mix them well, and add the garam masala

Add some chopped coriander leaves and transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot with rice, roti, or paratha.
