Today I will share an Indo-Chinese cuisine, How to Make Chili Paneer/ How to Make Chili Paneer Restaurant Style. This is one of the famous Indo-Chinese cuisine, which has many variations namely dry, semi-dry, and gravy versions. Today I am sharing the semi-dry version

Equipment needs
- Wok/ fry pan
- Spatula
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
For Batter
- All-purpose flour-3 tbsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Peppercorn powder-1/4 tbsp
- Red chili powder-1/2 tbsp
- Soy sauce-1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
For frying the Paneer
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Paneer-200 gm (cut in medium cubes)
For Chili paneer gravy
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Onion-1 (cut in medium sizes)
- Bell pepper (red, yellow, and green)-1/2 each
- Chopped garlic-1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger-2 tbsp
- Chopped green chili-2
- Chopped spring onion-1/2 cup
- Soy sauce-1 tbsp
- Red chili sauce-1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce-1 tbsp
- Vinegar-1 tbsp
- Corn flour- 1 tbsp (dissolve in 3 tbsp water)
- Sugar-1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
How to Make Chili Paneer/ How to Make Chili Paneer Restaurant Style
- Take a mixing bowl and add corn flour and all-purpose flour

- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, soy sauce, and peppercorn powder and mix them.




- Make a thick batter by adding little water, and then add the paneer cubes, and coat them nicely

- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till the color changes to light brown
- Heat oil in a pan

- Add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chili, and sauté them for 20 seconds

- Then add the onions and stir them for a minute

- Add the bell peppers and stir them for a minute on high flame

- Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and tomato sauce and toss them fast or keep on stirring in this stage


- Now add the vinegar, sugar, and salt and stir them



- Add the fried paneer and mix them well

- Add the corn flour water and mix them nicely


- Add chopped spring onion

- Transfer them to a serving plate and serve hot with fried rice, Pulao, jeera rice or paratha or roti
