Indian Tuna fish fry

Indian Tuna fish fry is a very healthy and delicious recipe but you have to use very little oil otherwise it won’t be healthy. In West Bengal, very rare for people are preparing Tuna. Most people are categorized this fish as below standard. So the rate of this fish is very cheap, so I am fully utilizing this opportunity, every week I am purchasing a large quantity.

As per doctor, this fish is heart-friendly also. Tuna is very low in calories and fat, which makes it an almost pure-protein food. Additionally, tuna is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which fight inflammation. It is also rich in selenium and Vitamin D which can fight against osteoporosis. A lot of people who are on a weight loss diet will turn to tuna because of its high level of protein – 3 oz of albacore tuna has 20g of protein but only about 100 calories. If you’re trying to emphasize protein intake, then make sure to choose tuna canned in water, not oil.

    1. Sorry to reply late. Thank you Prabhudass for your good comments, You are absolutely right, but Since tuna are pretty big, they typically accumulate more mercury than smaller species of fish like salmon—and when we eat that tuna, we absorb that mercury. Otherwise, it is the most nutritious fish.
